In cooperation with Certitrade AB's card payment systems - Scandinavia's leading card payment company - all transactions are carried out using the new security standard 3D-Secure. All the information is SSL - 128 bit encrypted and is 100% secure. The money is reserved in your account within 24 hours of you placing your order.

 

 

 

Debit/Creditcard (Switch, Maestro and Solo)

Fee: £0

If you use Switch, Maestro or Solo, it is easy for you to shop at Trendcarpet.  You select PayPal as the payment alternative in the checkout and you are directed securely to their payment window. Click on "continue", on the left of the page, and you will come to PayPal's bank and credit card alternatives. Tick the card you want to use and enter your details. PayPal's security system provides 100% security for your personal details and the payment is made to our PayPal account at the same time as you finish the payment.

Today, PayPal has over 150 million users and if you are one of them, you can shop with use using your PayPal account. You select PayPal as the payment alternative in the checkout and you are directed securely and easily to PayPal's payment window. If you do not have a PayPal account, but you would like to acquire one, you can read more on www.paypal.com.

 

Bank transfer

Fee: £0
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for further information. A bank transfer takes 1 working day and the goods are despatched when we have received the money.

 

Invoice
For our British, German, Austrian, Dutch, French and Belgian customers, we will be able to offer an invoice as a payment alternative from January 2010. Currently, it is only possible to pay via invoice for our customers who live in Scandinavia. 

Delivery time 

Deliveries from Sweden to the United Kingdom take 2 days. Orders that are placed before 1 p.m. are despatched the same day. Orders that are placed after 1 p.m. are sent the following day. Orders that are placed during the weekend are despatched on the Monday.

Delivery

 

We ship all orders with DB Schenker. After Schenker have collected the order from us, it is delivered to your regional Schenker office 2 days later (read more here on how to follow the rug's route on www.schenker.co.uk). From there, it is delivered to the address you gave when you placed the order. DB Schenker will contact you by telephone and agree on a time for delivery.

 

Shipping cost

The shipping cost to the United Kingdom is charged at £18, irrespective of the quantity of goods you buy. The shipping cost is presented in the checkout before you place your order.

 

Complaints and returns
If you can show that there is a fault with the goods you have bought (e.g. if the size, quality or pattern do not agree with the picture and product description) you always have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
You place the goods in the package they came in and return the goods via DB Schenker.
All of the purchase amount and the transport costs both ways are then repaid to your Visa or Mastercard on the same day we receive the goods (in general, 2 days after despatch). Send us the receipt for the transport costs via e-mail, post or glue it to the packet. If you are uncertain about the procedure, you are welcome to contact us and we will explain the simplest procedure for you.

Your right of regret
You always have the right to return fault-free goods without stating any reason. Notification of this must be made as soon as possible; however, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the goods were delivered.
In the event of cancellation, Trendcarpet does not bear the shipping cost (£18). However, the way you return the rug is the same as in the case of complaints and returns. The entire purchase amount is repaid to your Visa or Mastercard on the same day we receive the goods (in general, 2 days after despatch).
